I got just what I was looking for, and the transaction was a breeze. Just a heads up, though: I picked up a sale item and used the 10% discount for first-time buyers, but it wasn't super clear that this only works on full-priced stuff.

I've shopped here before and was really impressed with how quick and helpful the customer service is. Got an email about the New Year Sale and decided to grab a pair of boots on discount. They showed up yesterday and fit like a dream. I felt good about ordering again since they send you a bag for returns if anything doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected.

"Ordered Shoes Online and Found the Store Nearby"
I ordered a pair of shoes from this online store, only to find out later that their actual shop is just a mile from my place. I gave them a call to see if I could pick them up instead of waiting for delivery. They switched the delivery to the store without any hassle. Their customer service is top-notch! One thing to note, though, is that they only take PayPal for online payments, which isn’t my favorite method. Now that I know the physical store is around, I’ll definitely be stopping by more often.

For weeks, I was on the hunt for a size 3 pair of Clarke’s Laini sling back shoes. Stumbled upon the 121 Shoes website on Saturday, July 2nd, and went ahead with my order. The shoes arrived bright and early at 09:30 on July 5th. They even included a return packet in the box, which is just great service in my book. No need to send them back; they fit perfectly. I’d definitely suggest 121 Shoes to anyone looking.

"Delayed delivery and incorrect color."
I placed an order for shoes at 12:45 PM on Wednesday, expecting them to arrive the next day. They showed up today, which is Saturday, and guess what? They’re not the right color. I really needed them for tonight, so I’m super disappointed. Order number 205920.
